A basketball feed built out of records rather than posts. The clubs, competitions and players you choose: results, signings, milestones and moves, in the order they matter to you.
Public previews protect personal contact details. Registered users can access more profile information and connection tools.
Roster Assist is a record of professional basketball. Following it is a thing your personal account does, not a role you have to take on.
Following is a capability of your personal account, not a profile type. You can follow from the day you join without claiming anything.
If it turns out you are a player, a coach or a club official, claim your record whenever you like. Your account, your follows and your feed carry across.
Follow players, clubs and competitions. Every card names the follow that put it there, so the feed is always something you can change.
From launch, a fan’s feed is built from the same records every other role sees, weighted towards what you follow. Seven cards, exactly as the feed renders them: a signing, a result, an award, a highlight reel, a milestone, a table move and a role.
Aleksei Volkov signs for Thames Valley Storm. What happened, in the form the club published it.
Position, height, nationality and last season's line, read from his record, not from a summary of it.
Named on every card. This one was confirmed by Thames Valley Storm.
Because you follow Meridian Basketball Club, the club he is leaving. Always on the card, and always something you can change.
There is no ranking you cannot see the working of, and nothing is inserted because somebody paid for the position in your column.

Every item is a system-generated event derived from a platform record or a connected official source. Nobody posts, so there is nothing to scroll past.
Nobody publishes an opinion here. Every item is a system-generated event derived from a record or a connected official source.
There is no thread under a result and no score attached to a person. A record is not a popularity contest.
Following is how you build your own feed. It is not a number anyone is ranked by.
Every card carries a permanent line saying why you are seeing it, and you can change it.
